Cassandra cannot bash a wall to save her life. The icon on the wall is the same as shield bash, so why doesn't shield bash work? I've read that immolate might work, but no, and I've only been able to glitch one door with the inquisitor standing in front of the wall trick. How do I get beyond these doors with the shield bash icon on them? I can't finish Villa Maurel/Safe Keeping without it.

You just click activate, (X on PS3, whatever the corresponding button is for your platform) and they automatically do it.  If you do it without a warrior, whichever one is in your party will say let me try it.  Same with locked doors, and energize locations
