I have no focus bars? only blue diamonds? these don't seem to build up and i can't use any of my focus abilities at all, ive killed for ages have like 9 blue diamonds on my ability wheel and can't do anything? where is my 3 yellow bars for the focus? what is going on...

It means your focus is currently charging. Feed it a few more kills and you will be good to go again. Use cross class combos, they seem to fill it faster.. especially if you have the inquisition talent,
