I have a few perk points left and I'm wondering whether its worth it to invest them in the 'rare stock' perks. I want schematics for tier 3 stuff, will they sell it if I get the perk?

No, it's basically a waste of a perk in my opinion

I don't know how many perks you have and have spent but everything else (other than the herbs stuff) looks more useful in my opinion.

I think what people always pick is either

 

- rare collection of schematic

 

- Focus Perk

 

- Deft hand perk

 

- More potion Perk

 

 

All the other perk are just filler.

Rare collection of schematic? Is that the warrior/mage/rogue schematics from Cullen? Those are tier 2 right? I wanted tier 3
