Is there anyway possible I could link my gamertag to this account? I didn't know I had it linked in the first place! I'm seriously beyond angry right now. I've been digging through the help center at E.A and I got nothing.

Preaching to the choir. btdt, I finally found my ea account. After I emailed ea about my problem, I noticed that it had been fixed. I don't remember doing it though. I needed to change my accounts email so it would link to the right gamertag. Find your ea account that IS linked. It will show that gamertag under a preference list of persona. Make sure that your email is the same as your gamertags. that should link it for you. hope this helps.

I sent them an email and their deleteing my old EA account with my gamertag on it. I really hope that fixes this problem.

I'm having the same issue, sorta. I have never made an EA account before and somehow my gametag is in use. Anyone know how to get this crap fixed?

I am waiting in chat line to try to get them to fix this. My gamertag is on an old EA account that is on an old email. Trying to get them to delete/unlink or something my gamertag so I can link it to my current email.

This is way too much of a hassle. The least they could do for us after hoarding another extra 5$ from us is to make it simple enough that we can get it and go on with our lives....

Does the gamertag email have to be the same as the EA account email?



My gamertag is on an old email that i havent used in a while.

All they need is a way to delete a persona from an account and then we wouldn't need them to do something so simple.



it's a load of crap that you can create an account but you really have no management options with it.

Yeah im in the same boat and what i read from the help support they have no way of unlinking a gamertag from a account this is lame why did it need to be so difficult

I'm in the same boat, who can keep track of all these emails. I sent them an email.

In short, the collector edition armor is on an older email not tied to my xbox. : (

Why can't I  just put the codes in via xbox live!

Oh wait, now the cerberus network I activated on here says it is in use already...............................

i dont know what went wrong with mine i use the same email but i did use a different password for Ea account idk if that ****ed me up.

Hmm.. I got them to delete my old EA account. But now I can't link my gamertag to it?
