Four points.
1. I only thought I was tired of running everywhere (seriously, a walk toggle for PC would help both immersion and gameplay).
2. What I'm really fed up with is the inability to have my party members stay out of my way:
Me: I think I'll climb up onto this small platform. All you guys stay down here (press H).
Party: Nope, we're going to follow you up and then mill around to push you off so you'll take damage.
Me: Ouch. Cleric! Oh, wait. Forgot.
Although, every so often, the damn thing works. It appears to be tied to combat, but I can't say for certain. In any case, I don't want to have to guess whether or not my party with the broken pathfinding is going to follow me, I want hold to mean HOLD!
3. I am so tired of edging up to loot in order to collect it. Just let me click on the damn thing and have the game walk me over to get it. I'll interrupt by mashing a movement key if I need to.
4. I would really like a few more actions for the party members so I can setup some conditions:
E.g. Hey, Bull. If you're below 50% health take a rejuv potion willya? That way you won't get below 30% and one-shotted quite so often when you're playing bodyguard. Thanks.
DA:O did a nice job of this. I doubt replicating the full complexity of that is in the product plan, but how about 30% instead of 5%.
Thanks.
The story, characters, quests and size have greatly exceeded my expectations. This is the first game in years (since DA:O?) that is keeping me up until the wee hours to play "just a little more."
Thank you for a wonderful game. Please fix some of the control niggles to make it perfect.
