I'm done with Dragon Age Inquisition. There are no Qunari armor appearances apart from maybe two crappy looking ones. It just astonishes me how a huge well known company like Bioware could screw this up so bad. Did nobody on their team even play through as Qunari?

Several people have this issue and even some meshes were found missing.  Sorry, but Qunari seem to have been low priority.  As for you last question, it is a matter for debate.  MMOs often launch and then patch the items they missed, that is not a model of an off the shelf product, by any measure.

Yeah qunari got the short end of the stick when it comes to customization and armor. And it such a shame casue its a cool looking race. At least for the end game there should be a crafting schematic for every race thematic armor Humar, Elf, Dwarf, Qunari.

They could at least make it so Qunari can wear some existing human armors? I remember reading or watching something from one of their employees saying that they wanted people to have tons of armor customization so they could make their characters look how they want. Was this just false advertising? making me waste $80 on a game, and another 250 on new vid card

With schematics there's no reason you shouldn't be able to custom-build armor for the Quizzy's race

You're not the only one annoyed about the lack of effort with Qunari armor sets/the bugs currently plaguing some armors from not rendering properly.

It seems to be a mixture of bugs not correctly rendering certain armor sets on the Qunari (and resulting in equipping them in their PJs) and the fact that BioWare hasn't bothered to provide enough diverse 'looks' for all three classes of Qunari characters.

 

There are screenshots within the second link which indeed show Qunari Inquisitors able to wear plate armor and such, but some of these are screenshots taken from pre-release material and look a bit different in the final game as confirmed by a few users in the thread - which confuses matters further.

 

There's also zero Qunari-unique armor in the game, whereas Humans get a ton, Dwarves get 2 (Carta and Legion of the Dead) and Elves at least get the Dalish set. The Vitaar in the game for the Qunari doesn't even come close to unique armor and most look like terrible facepaint.
