Every time I try to create a new Character, the screen locks up at the "Loading Screen" with the music still playing.

I've updated all drivers, restarted the PC, uninstalled/reinstalled the game, even tried unpacking the english.rar to the install field... nothing works.

Is your Mass Effect 2 folder 11.4 GB, not including DLC?
