Hi guys im wondering if there's a reason why the only way i can play is join a game already started.

When i start a game with someone else hosting it i get stuck at the loading black screen after i have seen the intro to the area.

Or sometimes when i join someone elses match i load with a empty UI and a grey screen with no character or zone.
