Where's the best place to find fade touched cloth drops, please? Or any other Masterwork cloth.

Red templars, bandits, tervinter guys.

I've been killing all of them and haven't had a single drop, hence my asking for the 'best place'. I don't need a who, I know the who, I need a where.

There is no "best place".  Masterwork materials are very rare drops.  It all comes down to luck.

Find a place with a bunch of people enemies, save it, then run though and kill them all. If u don't get one, load the save and keeping doing it till u get one.

Plush Fustian Velvet (including Fade-Touched) drops a lot from Red Templars in Emprise, which are close to camp and farmable.  That's where I go for all my "10% Hidden Blades on hit" needs.

Sadly these guys that do the cloth drops are not respawning which makes it hard to get new cloth.

I got what I wanted but it took several hours of reloading the game to get a drop. Given the rarity of the drops the bonuses are not worth the hassle. It would have been better if we could have had dye slots to customise the colours.
