If I cast energy barrage which has 12 projectiles, can each single projectile proc hidden blades? Is there an internal cooldown on weapon crafting procs?

I believe it works in such a way, that the next effect cannot start until the animation of the previous eneded.

So there's not enough time for Energy Barrage to trigger two hidden blades. But I don't think there's a cooldown beside that.
