Does this ever go anywhere? Some of the party banter I'm hearing on youtube seems to indicate something happens: Sera at one point comments 'So, you and Josephine....is that it?' with Blackwall saying something along the lines of 'Its chivalrous' which indicates something.
So....Josephine and Blackwall?

Vivienne takes particular delight in tormenting Blackwall about it. She mocks his infatuation regularly. She's not at all fond of him.
A "chivalrous" relationship means it's completely platonic. They never kiss, hug, ect. He's just very polite towards her and she towards him.

Not that I've seen, I don't think it goes anywhere.

Blackwall has hots of Josie. But Josie doesn't feel the same way. That's all.

Does she ever comment on it? I asked her about him and she never says anything special.

I dont get how he can fancy loads of people, but be in love with the main character (if you go down that route), does he just fantasise about everyone?

I've only ever heard him comment on Josephine; he pals around with Sera, completely platonic with Cassandra, never registers Leliana and hates Vivienne. As for the Inquisitor romance, you can argue that he falls in love with her provided you pursue him. Iron Bull constantly comments on casual sex but once he gets into a relationship with the Quizzy/Dorian he's commited and says he wants to make it work.

He is a human being. You can be in love and still find people attractive.

He gives Josie flowers I think during the last act? She still seems interested in him even after his personal quest so I imagine it's something that will happen off screen.

Ohh, when does this happen? Is it a cutscene or what?

Actually it'd make sense that she still accepts him: Her confession about her mistaken murder means sort of resonates with Blackwall's accidental killing of the family. His backstory makes it clear that he thought it was just soldiers in the carriage, not the wife and kids, similar to how Josie thought Bard life would be all court intrigue and she screwed up by killing her friend.
Both were victims of the 'game' and she can probably see he's legit trying to make up.

I don't know. In my game Varric teased him and I had the option to ask Josephine and she said that because he will become a Warden, whatever happens between them won't last so she wouldn't even try.

Become a Warden? Did you give him to the Wardens in the judgement scene? I planned to free him.

Ah, that must be it. If you free him he serves the Inquisition freely, so that's a non-issue.
