O.K. this is completely doing my nut in. How the hell do I reach the North Eastern Camp, please? I'm trying to reach the location for the Champion duel but I can't find any route to it.

you have to go through Ghilan'nain's Grove. It is the cave that is opened through an operation at the War Table.
The Champion is not actually at the far north-east point but patrols one of the passages between your campsite in there and bog where the dragon is located.
