So I finaly got the Short list Perk which gives access to very rare stock on merchants and I went to the hissing wastes mercahnt. There I saw a schematic for a superior battlemaster armor, Unfortunetly I didn't have enough money at the time to buy it. I finaly managed to save the money and when I got back to the merchant the schematic was gone. Can someone please tell me if it will ever reapear again and when or was it just a one time only deal and bioware screwed me out of this awesome armor because i didn't have the money?

The extra stock from the shortlist perk changes each time you visit, it'll show up again eventually.
