A bit disappointed there's no evil ending in the game. The slogan made me think a "fall" would include claiming the bad guy intentions and becoming an all powerful god. That didn't happen. Anyone else?
Lead them or fall - I was hoping there's more to it

I think fall means losing to Corypheus. Supposedly there's a bad ending where if you alienate every ally and refuse to do side-quests (you have to be trying to screw yourself over) then the Corypheus succeeds and merges the Fade and Mortal world and becomes a God.

Yeah, even if you do a really bad job of leading you still don't fall. In fairness, though, ME3 made it possible for you to lose at the end and look what that got BioWare.

Speaking of this, is the bad ending still around? I've never seen anybody show it but I've heard that apparently it still exists. Can anyone confirm whether it was cut or not?

I think the bad ending is the reload screen, lol.
No matter what you do, I think, the Inquisition defeats Corypheus hence it all comes to one solidified world state fact: the Breach is closed and the villain behind it is defeated.
