Recap:
-The Terminus Armor codes are improperly instructing and insufficient in information.
If you use the code with a wrong email, gamertag or as far as I can tell if you even look at it wrong, it will not work.
-The cerberus network is jacked to the point of no repair for many. Again, improper instruction and any mis-communication when inputting information will lead to a one time use and thus have to pay for service (On the first day of relase to prevent people from getting it used)
-Even when cerberus works, the downloads will not go thru, or will not start to download at all.
-The import system is flawed in a terrible manor. It will not import anything besides the final autosave after beating the game. No save before that, and no save after that.
-No word, whisper, message, thought or even a break up text that says "F.U." to the fans is anywhere to be seen.
And lastly is seems that the whole thought from EA and maybe even BioWare is:
A "What do the fans want?" B: "They'd like a great game ease of access" A: "No you fool! They just want to give us their money, that's all."
That is all, thank you,
Nick

I had this problem. Then I loaded the autosave on my ME1 character, killed Sarin, watched the ending, and now I can import the character in ME2
Note - I played ME1 on my original xbox that died.
Hopefully a quick fix for that solution. Apparently it's 'nuts to you' if you don't have ME1

I didn't have any trouble with the import system but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed on the Terminus Armor because of the crappy instructions. I clicked on the Redeem Code on the main page and it took it as if I got the PC version and I didn't. >.>

Same. I didn't know I had an EA account linked to this already, so when I got on, I made a new one, used the code, and tried to link it to my gamertag only to say "This GamerTag is Currently in use on another profile, please try again" You can imagine my suprise.

My thoughts are; All new copies of the game will come with a free cerberus code as to promote selling new over used. However, the game just came out at midnight, and I doubt anyone is able to trade it in by now, so why is EA so greedy that they need money? Im quite sure that the customer base is having trouble with the instructions, and the only people they would have interest in charging is the people who bought it new in the first place and screwed up on their account.

Look under your "profile" and then "your registered game promotions" tabs... I made the mistake of registering both my terminus and cerberus codes, however - all of the proper downloads show up there and say 360. Oddly the terminus one shows up twice, it shows a pc download option. Of course, this is all useless on my console because they say my cerberus card is in use... F_U_EA

Here's all I did: I registered my cerberus promo code first, then armor code - both on my pc. Then I just downloaded the stuff throught the game's menu on 360. The downloads didn't start with the game running so I exited to dashboard and they downloaded right away. In order for it to work you have to enter the promo codes on an account that recognizes your gamertag. You can tell if it does by looking at the "enter promo code" screen. I don't see why it would be so easy and work for me, but not some other ppl.???

State your top questions, up to 3, to EA/BioWare.
Go.
"Who's idea was it to make the codes only accessible online instead of via XboxLive or PC Network?"
"Who's Idea/Why do we have to have a final autosave from the game instead of any save"
"Where the EFF ARE YOU GUYS?!"

I have yet to encounter any of those problems, reason being I cannot even play my copy. For some reason a sign in error occurs between my xbox 360 profile and my ME2 copy. And it will require me to reboot the game from the start screen, from the import screen, and from in-game...

Go to your profile settings, turn auto sign in off, restart, turn auto sign in on.
Secondary, if that does not work, edit your email information to a new email, and then edit it back to what it was before.
Lastly, Try importing your profile to a memory card and starting your system up from there.

These situations are going to get out of hand pretty quick by lunch tomorrow when everyone elses besides the midnight crew desides to pick the game up. Patch soon hopefully. Patch to change DLC to XBL, free Cerberus, and hopefully a save transfer fix. Here's to hopeing

Option 1 didn't work, option 3 won't work for me seeing as I have no memory card.
Will option 2 work if I have no internet connection?
Basically, my problem is:
When I reach the start screen, it tells me to sign out saying: "A sign in change occured. Sign out of your gamer profile to continue."
Then I sign back in and it works, up until I import my ME1 character, then it asks me to sign out again, with the same message. So I sign out, and somehow end up at the edit screen for my ME1 profile, the one where it shows choices made in ME1 on this certain import. And it lets me play, but at the same time I'm currently signed out of my gamer profile, I'm playing one of my imports from this said profile... And during the gameplay, it does not let me save, load, or view the map from the pause menu.
