Go for cunning/crit chance.

Im currently playing rogue assassin archer and about to craft a t3 bow with hidden blade masterwork. Im only at 15%crit, so should i craft the bow with all +Cunn or go with Dex?
I went Crit damage because if you have specced accordingly you get 100% crit chance from Stealth and zero cool down on Stealth from kills. At the very least 75% of the time HB from stealth is 100% crit on all strikes.
MOD, Stealth, HB drops many tougher enemies and resets Stealth to start all over again except with FD, as HB is still on cooldown, which will usually reset Stealth again, depending on the enemy of course.
Crit chance is still decent but imo it's better with Crit damage but they are both decent choices.

But that's only half the truth. Crit chance is preffered because half of a rouge passives work on-crit. Stamina back, armor penetration, cd reduction on artificer.
But, yeah. As an assassin crit isn't that important. Normally you would get 50%+ crit as a rogue, but at that point assassin's specialization is near wasted. Thus you might as well reach 30% or so, and pump into attack+/crit damage.

Not sure what you mean about "half the truth" or talking about Artificer as the question he asked stated he's playing an Assasin spec so that was what my answer related to only.

An optimal team got 1 artificer. Ala: Varric. 5% crit and 10% damage? Go get it. Your crit lowers his CDs, meaning he does more dps, meaning your teams dps increase a lot.
But yes, my point still stand: 2 major passives work on crit. More crit= More stamina = more abilities + armor pen = More damage = yey.
Crit always outweights crit damage, but as noted: the more crit, the less worth the assassin specialization is. At which you might as well stop at 30%-50% crit to go for crit damage or attack%.

I know what an Artificer does for a team but i didn't go into those details i just answered his question based on the info he provided. I think it is a fair chance to say the vast majority don't use an Artificer in their team comps.
Without one it is sub optimal to get more stamina as you can't use it due to long cool downs on major damage skills, hence building for crit damage as crit is 100% guaranteed from stealth but each to their own.

Just stack crit damage, cunning. Give Cole a bow and you can auto kill 2 enemies with hidden blades, and 2 more with long draw. Seeing as most encounters have 3-4 mobs, that's pretty much it.
