I specced into this on my keeper but haven't actually noticed it doing anything. Has anyone noticed it doing what the description says, activating a lightning spell without you casting anything?

It isn't very noticable, more like a little spark. But it does work and is the only way I know of to pinpoint the position of the invisible, invinvible red templar assassin. Not that it helps, you still need a host migration to fix the bug.

Hmmm. The first time I specced into it, there was a visible ball of lightning doing damage. I haven't seen it ever since, but I haven't really paid enough attention to determine it isn't doing any damage in-game.
