Hey everyone!

I am trying to romance Cassandra and have some questions! First, I have finished everything at the winter palace, and have every chance I get flirted with Cassandra.  However I have not yet "romanced her" and wondering if the main plot has anything to do with this...like unlocking it.  I did give her Varric's book, and I did to the "loose Ends" quest...but still nothing.  Any insight on when she is fully romance-able would be awesome.

You get her personal quest after the first part of "Here Lies the Abyss"

(the part where you, Hawke, and Hawke's Warden first meet Erimond)

. After that, if your approval is high enough, you can get the romance quest.

 

Also, you should have put off Halamshiral until you did the romance. If Cassandra is with the Inquisitor, there's a nice little dance at the end of the Halamshiral quest line.
