So when I look in my journal, I have the quest "into the approach",which tells me to go the war room to scout the western approach. However when I go the war table, there is no mission appearing. I've been playing for around 30 or so hours, and have done nearly all the quests at my level (14), the only main quest I can play is the one with the empress which i'm finding too hard, and this one which isn't showing up. Anyone else had this problem? I cant find an answer anywhere so would appreciate any help. I seem to have unlocked all the other areas, and I'm on PS4.

same problem on ps3. Cant do the warden ir blackwells mission because there is no western approach on my map

I just found it. It is under the hissing waste, almost invisible until you highlight it. I definitely feel a bit silly not seeing it, but a massive relief because I thought my game was broken
