Did anyone find, first of all, "someone who knows about fish in the Presidium lakes"? The quest is Krogan Sushi.

Secondly, during Garrus' quest there I think (or maybe something else) you pick up a fake ID. Did anyone find who might use it? Captain Bailey didn't have any dialogue for it.

There's a groundskeeper up on the top floor in the bar that will tell you about the fish.

You can also buy the bottle of wine for Dr. Chakwas in the same club.
