I'm using the pc and I can't figure out how to move the camera up or down (like how it was in all previous games) in order to actually see the battlefield and monsters. Tactical camera is no help b/c even I also can't move the camera up and down in that mode. And even if I did, I can't use the loot finding radar. 

 

So my question is has anyone figured out how to move the camera up or down in nontactics mode. And if not, why the hell Bioware decided to do omit that option on a game that was supposedly made to be best on the pc? 

 

After all, best on pc does not equal "needs a game controller to play at its best".

you can't, tatical cam is the only mode that gives bird eye view, you could use though to pan and scroll the battlefield, using the left button or the middle button (most people dont know you can do that)
