As do I lol but when I mess around with CC usually my characters put to envy every darkspawn with how "pretty" they are xD
The trick is to pick a face with good cheeks, cheekbones and Jowls and then NEVER TOUCH EM. AT ALL. Jaw and jawline are fair game though.
Then make it so the eyes are centered so they're equal to each other with the nose.
Then lower the nose a bit so it's centered or a bit low, make the nostrils a tad smaller and then lower the mouth, add some pucker to the lips, remove the lip gloss and make it a bit narrower. As long as you don't change the Cheeks in anyway whatsoever you should prevent going full Michael Jackson. Lowering the cheekbones seems to be fine though. Also stay away from the Jowls, because when you touch it you can't really fix it anymore.
Also pick a hairstyle that covers the forehead unless you have something to make that empty space interesting. Large empty spaces with no freckles or beauty marks or tattoos usually look a bit unnatural.

The nose bridge is a bit too narrow though...
And there's too much blush.
