Yeah it's people that have an exhausted serotonin and dopamine supply. Everybody is immune to it the next day, because there are no more neurotransmitters to work with.

That's the beauty of it, you can't just roll your balls every day, it's something special, and occasion, and the longer you wait the better it is. Things are actually the same, if you do it right, just that the world seems different due to change in perception, because if say you evaluate your experiences from 1 to 5, 1 being horrible and 5 being incredible, suddenly you've been to freaking cloud 9.
