Templars go around killing farmers because they've mistaken their working tool for a staff, and then there are mages living in the cities that be like: ''don't mind us, we are loyalists. Just call us when the circles are back.'' And templars are like: ''well that changes everything.'' Back to killing farmers.

I think the Templars make sense somewhat. why? Let me tell you:

• according to Vivienne, The mages rebelled without even thinking about what happened in Kirkwall, and made it look like the Circles supported the actions of a terrorist
• The mage issue in Redcliff makes no sense. Why would a mage who thinks Tevinter is wrong stay? None of the mages tell you they plan on leaving. Either they got brainwashed (meaning they were not powerful enough in will to resist), or they willingly went along at first, but then just began to have doubts.
• The mage's quest is just completely nonsensical. Seriously time magic and the only "logical" explanation is that the breach must have done it? Silly. At least in the Templar quest you actually fight the boss in the present, rather than the future. It (mage's quest) ends with the "greatest villain" simply surrendering. dull at best.

Templars have a more logical questline, and facing an army of demons, they are the more logical choice.

yeah well after graduating highschool i foolishly wasted the last 4 years of my life chasing pant and skirts, and basically being a waste of human life instead of educating myself. Im 22 now and boy i have stories that shock me and i say "dude i did that?, why?!" Lol

Yeah my sister introduced us. She was uber pro-templar and i a lazy moderate pro-mage * has flashback of heated debates* good times
