Unnecessary I say, I was cynical around puberty

Mine is 30ish. He didn't allow his family to push him into serving the Chantry without some relatively passive resistance. Excessive devotion to higher education, Long trips where he couldn't be found, that sort of thing  The conclave was a big enough deal and a one time only opportunity that made push come to shove fairly literally.

Hah, that is true. I guess I should say cynical in a more mature way, the kind that arises from having seen a lot rather than from being pessimistic. "Seasoned" might be a better word.
