Sorry in advance if this has already been asked. Although I tried google/searching forums but couldnt find it.
My question is can you keep ALL companions up to date with yourself in gear and level? Or do I have to stick to only 3 companions?

All the companions will level up with you. You'll have to outfit them manually but there's more than enough resources available to do this.

They all level up with you and can spend their points in Haven/Skyhold or whenever you next take them out.
