So, where do we go for not having received the Cerberus code in email? (There was a blank space..) Pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe from EA..

The codes will come in seperate emails at the release time.  If you don't get the email, please email customer support.

Okay - we do not have the fix available yet, but TG0904 will help people with the date check. Please note that I he is one person having to do this manually until we can develop and deploy a fix. But, in the intrim you can send TG0904 a message through the forum here following these instructions.



Please go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ then refreash that page a couple of time to ensure that the IP address does not change then send that to TG0904 right away.



He will then send you another message to click the "retry" button. Afterwards please let him know the results.



This "service" will be available till about 3:00am PDT



All other issues other then the date check have to be posted to the Forums or directed to Customer Service

Hi

Im not quite shure what the problem is but whn I log into my Ea account, I get a message saying that the game couldnt be activated with this account and tells me I can add the key in at that point. But when I do I get a message saying I cant activate with that key.



I check my IP and its in france (wich is correct) and the game should be unlocked here.



Can anyone help ? :S

I just started a new post and then found this one. I am in NA and I bought the game through a NA online retailer for the Digital Download (Direct2Drive.com) but I have been trying for 2 days now to get past the release date check and it won't let me. Somehow I was sent a fubar'ed copy but EA, Bioware, and Direct2Drive refuse to even reply to any emails, let alone fix the problem.

No offense, but I am sick and tired of Canadian companies ****ting on the US and it's gaming community. They may be above us on the map but that's no excuse.

Of course, right after I sent you my IP address I had to try again, and now I can play the game... absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for two days now and I still don't know what the problem was. Thanks for the help anyway TG0904.

For us it would be 28-Jan-2010 21h Brasilia Time. (Brazil's Standart Time)

your IPs seem to be from an Brazil ISP as well. Please be patient until the release date (see above) is reached there as well.

I just want to say that biermania and tg0904 you guys have gone WAY above and beyond the call of duty on this issue and I will absolutely be writing your company (no matter how high on the ladder either of you are) and saying as much. It was a pleasurable experience to see 2 guys so dedicated and willing to go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, and THAT is a refreshing thing to see in this day and age.
