Does it only kick in when using a custom (spoiler) and makes your voice go from British to American, but if you're already using the British voice, you're ok?
About the voice change bug.....

That's what it seems like, supposedly, if you leave (spoiler) as default, your voice wont change. Mine went from American to British. So immersion breaking.

The glitch "Defaults" your character voice meaning if your Inquisitor is Human or Elven the you get the British and if your a Qunari or Dwarven then you get the American voice

So, since I'm already playing a Human with the British voice, I should be fine?

Lucky you! I have an elf with american voice and to do not break the immersion I had to deal with default *spoiler*
Happened to me on my first dwarf. She had the British voice and it ended up defaulting when the CC was reopened for the NPC ally. I had to go with the default CC for the NPC ally at that point as well. I rerolled for unrelated reasons, but this time I just left the voice as default for the dwarf. Didn't have the problems after that. IIRC, this is supposed to be one of the things addressed in the first (of three) patches coming down the pike.

Let it be so. I stopped playing because of that.
