Reaver - Dragon Rage Costs 5% HP not 2%?

Has anyone else noticed that Dragon Rage seems to be costing 5% of your max hp per swipe, rather than 2%?  Is this only affecting me?  Did a bunch of tests, and at 800 max hp, every swipe is 40hp.  At 2% it should be each swipe costing 16hp.

I created a Reaver with the intention of farming a fade-touched snoufleur skin for the 1% heal on hit, effectively reducing Dragon Rage to 1% health cost per hit, meaning I could use it dozens of times before I'd really notice it.  Seemed like a cool, slightly sneaky synergy.  Sadly, with Dragon Rage costing 5% per hit, the 1% heal just brings it down to 4% which is pretty negligible.

I wouldn't mind if this had been clear from the start, but having to figure out on my own that the tool tip flat out lies sucks.  Unless I'm just experiencing a weird "Dragon Rage costs 2.5x more health than advertised" bug that nobody else has stumbled into.

Many tooltips are incorrect at the moment, so it's likely that this is intended. Or that it's a bug.

Yeah, figures.  Too bad, because I really don't like the mechanic when it requires such constant monitoring of your health.  But the fact that I was losing huge mouthfuls of health instead of little bites was obvious to me within minutes of first using Dragon Rage -- strange if I'm really the first person to comment on it.

Is this something you'd add to your Stuff That Doesn't Work compilation?

well most likely it is 5% and I think this is by design because otherwise that ability would be too overpowered. one wants some challenge from the mechanics not just button mashing win win

1% health on hit.

Upgraded ring of pain lower the cost.

You barely lose health, and when you do: Devour heals for a lot. Especially consider it works with + healing items.

Sometime I wonder if they actually tested the game...

Just a clarification you do not have any berserk items on you right?

Wouldnt it be better for you to get heal on kill?

Yeah, heal on kill and heal bonus equips help for crushing random packs.  Just carry around rejuvs and heal grenades in addition to your pots if you run low against bosses.

Nope, your def not the only one, i did my own research about this exact issue.

This same issue is a problem for reavers on multiplayer also.

Either the tool tip is in-correct or the skill is not working as intended. Also, the amount of damage that dragon rage does and the amount of health you get from rampage is also incorrect from the tool tips.

Well I read the credits and their QA crew is kind of small. It's also a single player RPG so balance issues are hardly as much of a concern to a game developer as they are when it's a multiplayer game.
