Well?
Couple of questions too:
Whatever happened to Irwin, Gregoir, Shale, Sten (if that's his name), Jowan, and all the other forgotten characters? looked really forward to meet Tegann but instead we got Connor ר_ר
Thanks.

You can always check the wiki, although it is not updated for Inquisition, yet.
For my canon: Jowan was made Tranquil, Sten is Arishok, Shale is still around somewhere (she was with Wynne last), and not sure on the leaders of the Fereldan Circle... they were alive in Origins, but I assume by Inquisition they are dead or retired.
However, I recommend checking the Wiki.

I did check, but it wasn't updated. Just "Will appear in Inquisition"
Teagan is Arl of Redcliffe. I got a couple wartable missions from him on my first game (sided with the mages and freed them following).
Irving would be pushing or over 80 if he was even alive still by Inquisition so probably he died when the circle in Ferelden dissolved into chaos (if he was still alive at that point). Gregoir also was getting on in years by that point. Probably died when the Circle broke if he wasn't already retired to Val Royeaux--and at that point, probably died when the Order left the Chantry for good. This is just supposition on my part, no mention of either of these gents is in game. It's Grand Enchanter Fiona who was leading the mages in Inquisition and Lord Seeker Lucius (or) Samson the Templars--I am unsure who was in charge of the templars because I didn't do templar quest line yet.
Wynne died prior to Inquisition from the events in Asunder, though you can do a wartable mission with her son and his lady friend for the companion, Cole.
Shale was somewhere in Tevinter probably (no mention). Sten wasn't mentioned at all--I left him rotting in his cage, so in my game he'd most likely be dead. Jowan--dead probably when the circle rebelled. The Tranquil (which is what he'd be if he wasn't dead by the end of Origins) didn't fare well when the circles were destroyed.
A lot of death. Thedas is a dangerous place and it's been a decade since Origins.
As for Morrigan, she's alive and well in Inquisition and a mama (or not, depending on your choices). Her fate there will be determined by what you do.

And,
Ohh, Jowain. You might've been a fool, but you still were my Warden's friend.
He's tidying the stock room still.
Man, that would be one helluva mess after the apostates got done grabbing anything they could. I imagined him sitting in the mess with a wisk broom and dustpan scooping up magical powders and stuff with this blank expression on his face, slowly but methodically cleaning up the stockroom.
But in all likelihood some rebelling punk probably melted his face when he asked for a requisition for whatever he was stealing from the stockroom.
In my case she thinks my Warden was a male and that "he" romanced her
A quick look at my keep import leads me to believe I wont find this out till this bug gets fixed. Stabbing her is buggy at the moment which is a shame.
And,

What makes you think it's his skull?
What makes you think it's his skull?
It can't be unless he was a hydra who kept replicating his skull. There's like 3-4 of those in each zone.
What makes you think it's his skull?
I mean one of those skulls you keep running into might be his -- I wasn't refering to any particular one.

Same here.
It was really akward. Both Leliana and Morrigan kept talking about the warden as if they romanced both of them.
not to mention, where's Oghren?

Because Varric mentions how he met the New hornless Arishok, referencing that comic book series. Unless we invent some other hornless qunari becoming the next Arishok, it's that one Sten.
Which leads to another question: how do those events happen with dead Alistair?
never had the courage to kill him

I'll have to double check, but finishing Hearts before Abyss seems to help. Morrigan quit referring to my female Warden as a male Warden whom she was in a relationship with. However, she seemed to say a lot less about Kieran, which was kind of disappointing.
