Wasn't there talk of a poll for which DLC choices were going to be added to the Keep? Did that happen and I missed it?

oh. Was it a poll to add the other dlc? or add from the dlc? Maybe it didnt happen

It didn't happen yet, they simply mentioned it was coming but other work likely took priority.

I still hope for a extended tapestry at DAA with tiles such as fate of the darkspawn messenger ( The Herald), vigilance and dworkins explosives

But the biggest focus is Herald and vigilance

Besides it can try to make sure that it doesnt spread the taint. Simple explanation
