Trying to upgrade my staff but I'm missing a couple of these materials. Anyone know which items these salvage from?

From salvaging master runes, superb runes, and high level staves. Cloth is rarer than leather and metal, and tier 2 and 3 cotton are by far the rarest crafting materials, at least for me. Imo only use the lustrous cotton for high level blue/purple staves, and only use imperial vestment for a BiS unique 20+ staves like pyre of the forgotten or staff of the void, and only for the offense slot for heal on kill.

 

At 350k gold spent, and I have gotten maybe ~15 lustrous cotton and 3 imperial vestment cotton.
