Dude, I've been running full offense all day with two friends, hunter and aw.. no barrier, no tank and no problem on threatening. You just have to play smart and you'll be fine.
Also, you said earlier that grappling chain does the same damage as pommel strike, while the skill tree may show that, in-game it isn't even close. Lowest I ever hit with pommel strike is 1100 Dmg. I don't ever get anywhere close to that on Grappling Chain.
