Warrior crippling blow stacking mechanic

Damage reduction: 15%

Duration: 10%
This effect stacks.

Scenario A: Each weaken has a separate duration timer 
Scenario B: Each weaken applies a stronger stack, and renews the timer for all stacks

Which is correct? I'm confused if the stacks each has their own 10 second separate countdown or if they renew the timer for all stacks.

Sunder works like 'A' so I would imagine this would too.

 

However, since Crippling Blows doesn't work at the moment it's irrelevant.

 

In addition, even if it did work, it would likely be subject to the weakening bug, essentially making it worthless yet again.

bumping this wondering if its been fixed or not, and if anyone knows if what Swin said is accurate.

Does it work now, and if yes - does each weaken has a separate duration?

e.g.

10 seconds into combat, Crits enemy  (15% weakened)
14 seconds into combat, crits again (30% weakened)
20 seconds into combat, debuff 1 fades (15% weakened)

24 seconds into combat, debuff 2 fades (0% weakened)

or

10 seconds into combat, crit enemy (15% weakened)
14 seconds into combat, crits again (30% weakened)
24 seconds into combat (0% weakened)

Also, is there a limit to the stacks or can you cause 100% weakness?
