Help with healing belt explain

This increase only the life on kill no? So if i use a ring with 10% life on kill and have 20% belt will be 12%? Or do aything more?

It only increases your 10% heal on kill ring to 12%. Imo the best belts in the game are 100hp and 200hp, followed by the ranged, melee, magic, and elemental defense belts, with the 20% more incoming healing belt being the worst. Don't worry I have the same belt, my first purple accessory too.

I am using it on my reaver with 2 +10% health on kill rings. I have also a +20% health on my armor mod. It works quite well with the first reaver skill too. Reaver is the only character who can really profit from +Health bonus atm...(according you can get many killing blow)
Also i have a +10 Con amulet so when i put the +200 health belt, my health bar doesnt seem to grow up. I would love to see our ingame stats such as health/total def/ect...With or without the +200 health belt I am stuck with 8 square of health.
