There is a cave up near a rift in the far corner, and just past the rift is a cave.  A short way into it, you come to a door that can't be opened from this side (and there is a sign that says 'go away' (or beware - I forget)) - Next to the door are several boards where you can see the other side of the door - and on that side, you can see a lever.

 

Has anyone figured out how to get in there?

It's the exit to a mission where you close the rift below the ocean floor after you empty the lake by opening the dam.

It is part of the draining the lake quest

It's an exit from the Dwarven Ruins/Fade Rift that you have to close once you drain the lake.

If it is, I didn't come out that way...  I'll go back down and see if I can figure out how to get there.  Thanks.

It is, it's also by where one of the Mosaic pieces is. You'll get some banter to the effect of "Are you sure you're going the right way", to which you'll reply "I feel a draft...". Rough paraphrase.
