 Is Tallis mentoind in the game at all? Because in the Dragon Age Keep whether Hawke and Tallis are friends or not is a choice. Dose that have any impact at all?

Tallis is mentioned in a banter between Iron Bull and Varric.

 

Bull mentions that he met a Tallis, but probably not the one Varric is talking about (as Tallis is not a name, but a role - "To Solve" in translation. Effectively the same thing as Sten, Hissrad and Arishok.)

Only thing I've found is a mention in some Bull/Varric banter.

She's your Ben-Hasrath (sp?) contact after Iron Bull's personal quest.  Which I assume means you have to let the Chargers die.  You'll see her name attached to the letters on the war table.
