During the quest for Dorian to see his father, I gave him the letter from his father. Now, there is no conversation about going to the Gull tavern to meet his father's representative. I have even traveled there with Dorian alone , all to no avail. What do I do now? I think this may be bugged.
How do I get Dorian to see his father?

That happened to me (on PC), I wandered in and the Cutscene never fired. Try exiting and going back in, it worked for me the second time so I'm guessing the Cutscene doesn't always launch like it should.
