I believe I'm posting this in the right section? If not a mod will move it I guess?
 
Anyhow, I've been recording and uploading all of my Dragon fights through my first playthrough. Which means I go in blind not knowing anything about the Dragon I'm about to fight. They're all done in Nightmare mode except for the first Dragon, which was fought on Hard. My experience with them has been pretty good thus far, but I can't help but notice that they all have very similar Movesets. Besides having different elements they all move and attack the same way. Here's hoping that'll change with the higher level Dragons come late-game.
 
Feedback is welcome as well as tips & tricks.

There are a few different moves for dragons.

The basics:
1) The dragon swipes at you with its foreleg.
2) The dragon kicks at you with its back leg.
3) The dragon swings it's tail and body around to knock you over.
4) The dragon bites you.
5) The dragon jumps at or away from you, knocking you down.
6) The dragon lands on top of or next to you, knocking you down.
7) The dragon beats it's wings, drawing in and hurting anyone outside of its wing radius.
8) The dragon spits fire/ice/lightning balls at you from the ground.

More advanced moves:
9) The dragon stomps it's feet and generates a full Guard bar which you must break through before you can wound it again.
10) The dragon lets out a shriek and stuns everyone nearby for a few seconds,
11) The dragon calls in dragonling reinforcements.
12) The dragon takes to the sky and spits fire/ice/lightning balls or spews fire/ice streams at you from the air.

13) In one instance, a lightning dragon is fought in a watery area and sets the water crackling with electricity, wounding you if you go through it, forcing you to reconsider you path of attack.
14) In another instance, another lightning dragon applies a lightning effect to your whole party which can be pretty catastrophic (it killed me and Cass posthumously).

Yeah, Vinsomer was the first Dragon I fought that used the Guard move. Pretty scary stuff, thankfully I have Spirit Blade

Yeah, without a doubt he is the strongest Dragon I've fought so far. It took me like 25 mins, dude is a beast. I'm just kinda mad that all of the Dragons I've killed expect for the first one have dropped nothing but Rogue Daggers and Rings. Seriously I've yet to get one piece of rare Mage armor. It's really disappointing!
