If anyone can help my code went through fine no issues there. I type all the codes here and was able to get all of them to show up on my live account except for the Cerberus Network. I just got this game and don't want to pay 1200 points for something that came free with my purchase.

ive changed the name on my gamertag like 3 times over the last 5 years (forced by xbox) so when i look up what the account is associated to do i look up the original gamer tag or what it is now

Your GD instructions on a Xbox 360 insert says to go the EFFing website to enter this CRAP.  You caused us to lose $15 bucks on a useless piece of sh!t system to make you money huh?

You really better find a way to get this DLC to those people who followed your instructions to the letter or people will start contacting BBB.  I know if I don't see some solution in the next day or two I will.

So frustrating...didn't realize my EA account email wasn't the same as my XBL account email. Can't get in Cerbreus network now. Why did they even tell us to do it online? Would save a LOT of problems just to do it in game....also my preorder code won't work. Come on, I've been sitting here for over an hour and a half trying to fix this problem when I should be enjoying the game. EA/Bioware dropped the ball big time on this.

So let me see if I understand this right. I haven't actually put my Cerberus code in yet (as I'm at work) but I did put my Infernus armor code in on this website. Now my current xboxlive gamertag is tied to both my EAOnline account and my BioWare SocialNetwork account. The e-mail addresses for both my eaonline account and my bioware social account are the same, but the e-mail for the xboxlive gamertag is different, even though the gamertag is tied to both accounts already. Am I good or is there something I need to do?

So it would seem, yeesh. I think I'm good as far as the armor goes, which I really could care less about, but I don't want to jack up something with the other (more expensive) DLC

That's what I am led to believe. I'm at the point, in fact, on the EAOnline profile, I have my gamertag set to be my primary preference or whatever. Your bioware social account and ea online account are essentially the same, right?

I would register yeah, I haven't actually got my game yet (at work), but otherwise I am very much like you. I am pretty sure you do all the pre-order stuff here and the cerberus code in game. Just make sure that your current gamertag is associated with the ea account you have all your pre-order stuff attached to.

Okay, so I pop in the game, sign in to an ea account, and redeem my cerberus code in game. Then I turn it off and come on here and redeem my preorder codes and register my game. then i turn on ME2 again and my content should all be there to download(xbox 360 btw) I ask because theres an admin topic that says I should use my cerberus code here. Id really appreciate if an admin could provide an answer before I head out in about 15 min. I really want to just be able to get everything working without having to run in circles. Thanks.

I just saw the admin post saying to redeem the code here. As long as your Gamertag is tied to this account, that should work.

After reading this thread I have come to the conclusion that I just got screwed out of my DLC and that noone at the company cares. Bioware has been one of my favorite companies in the industry and now that it is tied to EA it got flushed down the tube overnight.

Make this right and give the DLC to the people that were told they would get it, or lose yourselves a couple thousand customers. Pick one.

Ok I am not happy at all. I redeemed my code on the mass effect website and now I can't access the cerberus network on the xbox 360 version of the game. And better yet when I go to the ea website / persona area it says my gamertag is already linked to another account. Uh this best be fixed really soon by ea. This is bullcrap. Should have been told somewhere to not redeem the code online and only on the xbox 360.

I got my Cerberus Card (out of the box new), and it does not work. in game or by EA. it is a dead end. the Terminus worked but not the Cerberus.
