I can't even log on to the servers in-game. It times out and takes me back to the menu screen. Have been trying for 2 hours with no luck. Is it just me?

MICROSOFT XBOX LIVE HAS A SYSTEM FOR RELEASING DLC ALREADY!!!!!!!
Dragon Age and Mass Effect are the only games I know of that have such over-complicated systems for trying to get DLC.
These guys are lucky that their games are cool or I would pass on this just because of confusing systems like this.

I dunno. Maybe EA's thinking about getting into their own digital distrobution network one day. That or they're trying to make an EA community and linking games to it the same way Valve/Activision does. Either way, as these games grow more and more complex and interconnected the more of these hoops we'll have to jump through.

I am using my email that I use to activate the game and I cannot or activate the game on my computer. I get this: We could not activate Mass Effect 2 on this computer using the EA account you provided.

Entered my CNCard on the site before installing the game, same with Collectors and Blood armour, but when I get in game it asks me to enter my card again. So I do. And it says the card was already used. So I check my social account and find there was no download for the CNCard like the armour sets. What the hell should I do.

Got knocked off ea chat 3 times, and been on hold with the call center going on 40 minutes so far. MS should help us out and offer the cerberus network for free for the first few days for thos of us in this mess

Anyone else stuck on the EA screen after "signing in" ingame where it says "Please Wait" indefinatly?

Goddamnit. Apparently my ea games e-mail is different than the one I have for my X-box Live account...which is the one I registered on here with. At least, that's the only explanation for not getting my Terminus armor. I entered the code (of course, for some reason my account here has no gamertag associated with it and I can't find a way to change that, so I figured, well, this is the e-mail connected to my Live account, so things should work).....and nothing.
I take it I'm screwed out of the Terminus armor because my EA account was registered 4 years ago with a different e-mail than the one I use now (which is the one my Live account is connected to now).

Ok... just confirming that I have NOT screwed myself... I went in, confirmed that everything with my EA.com/BioWare Social account is squared away, made sure (even though I knew it already was) that my 360 Gamertag is linked to this account (even went the extra step of registering the game, just in case), redeemed the codes via this BioWare Social site (checking first the instructions on the redeem page, as well as confirming on that page what my active email address is and that, again, my Gamertag is properly linked... redeemed all my codes, then verified my user entitlements to make sure that all of them appeared in my account. Now... all I should have to do is connect to XBox Live, boot up the game, and set up my Cerberus Network account in the main menu of the game using the same email address that I've used for my account here, and that should transfer my entitlements to my 360 and allow the content to be downloaded there. Do I have that about right?

im in your boat commissar, my nhl 07 was registered but my last login date was the day of registration, if i had a time machine instead of stopping world war 2 or something id just enter the code on the console, if only the company making the games put the proper instructions for the game on the game

Wow so because of EA's B.S. tactics/maneuvers i'm out of the cerberus network dlc, the dlc from my Collector's edition and my Inferno Armor frm Gamecrazy. EA better fix this by making all of this DLC free all over again from the XBL Marketplace rather than EA's/BioWare's site.

I HATE EA how can you not have seen this coming? I mean seriously, you spent how many millions of advertising that you will get free stuff if you preorder only to have it just fail miserably. Does anybody have any common sense over there??? If you would have given me this this game a week before launch and said try and activate the free items, the problem would have been discovered right then and there. Did nobody bother to test it?
