When I got the AOE inquisition ability, it replaced my payback strike skill. How do I put that back on my bar/controller keys?
How do you change your skills?

Go to your character report, and you have the option to map a skill to your toolbar (its X on PS3)

That's what I am doing but I get a red message saying some features of this screen are unavailable?

Are you doing it while in battle? It can't be done while in battle or when hostiles are about to engage you. Get to a point where you resheeth your weapons and it'll work, or should.
