I think it would be reaver, if you can stay alive.
And archer can do massive damage too. My archer one hit kill all basic mobs in threatening.

Do you specifically mean sustained DPS or does burst count, given a lot of people are answering Hidden Blades. Single target or AoE? Because I think the Reaver is the no-questions-asked champion of the theoretical DPS contest. Assassin has much higher single-target burst, of course, and Archer is almost without a doubt the best over a 10 second period. Necro probably has the theoretically highest AoE burst combo over a short period of time, which you could average out to DPS. AW or Templar has the highest flat-out AoE nuke--Templar if we're including Demons. AoE DPS is weird. Elementalist, maybe?
Hilariously enough, I often wind up doing the most sustained realistic DPS with my Legionnaire because I don't have to respect the enemy at all and never stop attacking--especially vs Templar Commander. Absolutely no burst, though, so people beat me on average...except against Templar Commander.

148 dph bow, 25 damage rune, with +10% attack ring, with +30% damage long shot ring, with long shot, (148+25)*110%*130%*800%=1979, reduced by armor it still ohk any basic mob in threatening.

Assassins are easily the best single target DPS class since they can perform their heavy burst combo much more often than an Archer while gaining lots of Apen from passives, guaranteed crits mean they are one shot machines.
Archers are better at Multi target DPS and room clearing, having more tools to pour on DPS and Some solid AoE DPS (Line Shot, Explosive shot, Vaulting draw) although they can take one target out of the game with Full Draw, they have longer cooldowns, no resets and APen isn't as Naturally high.
Edit: My Archer has a 27% APen bow and scores 2k Full Draws, whereas my Assassin scores 3k+ Hidden Blade throws with gear that isn't as good

Isn't Mark of Death really, really significant for any big # off?

Ah. At the absolute worst, it doubles your DPS against one target for the next 8 seconds and gives 20% arpen. Best case scenario...you do more damage than 3 100% crit Assassins combined and then some. That skill is absolutely ridiculous. I'm reasonably certain that at no point will there ever be a higher potential damage skill in this franchise--it kinda autowins damage competitions in any team environment and is even worth mentioning solo.

Assassins fall off after 3-5s in dps. Archer or reaver, depending on gear and on how much time we are talking about. Archers probably would win any practical dps contest - no mob has enough hp for reaver to catch up with his better sustained dps.
But if you define dps as damage dealt throughout a run reaver would probably win due to the ability to do peak damage 24/7 and AoE.

Yeah. Assassins are pretty useless, when large group of mobs is in place. Archers and reavers are way better

My reaver does 1k hit (non crit) with dragon claw which is spammable and cleave (with a pretty garbage weapon). If you can stay alive (selfbuff + keeper barrier), i think reaver has the highest Sustained dps of the game.

Disagree. Reaver' theoretical output may be off the charts but between blocking and rampage bug and knight 1-shot ruining your rhythm, they lose a looooot in practice. I'm just getting into the assassin and it's ridiculously safe if you play carefully and makes fights so much smoother. 1-shooting priority targets before they use anything nasty and then burning all the archers as they don't recognize you exist is...nice.
Not saying Reavers are useless by any means. But such a blanket statement about their ability to apply their damage vs assassins is...

Well after doing extensive math and testing I can say that the highest 1v1 classes in the game are the following...
1. Assassin. It is worth noting that they had by far the widest %DMG DPS range of the lot... By a couple thousand percent... But even under practical means she was hitting far more than the other classes.
2. Archer. Hall was rather tricky to figure out... Mostly because his performance depends greatly on his party. To be honest I found him rather balanced with Assassin since he had a much more narrow DPS spectrum but with the right party he can easily outperform Assassin.
3. Reaver. This guy being #3 kinda annoys me... His maximum DPS is very unpractical but non the less very high. The problem is that his damage will constantly fluctuate depending on his health which is almost always getting healed to max and dropping to under 50% every other second... I tried to factor an average and it turned out to be rather high compared to most other classes.
Other note worthy classes:
Hunter: Second highest maximum damage I could conjure up... Hall wishes he knew stealth. He unfortunately can't sustain high damage so his DPM is rather bad.
Arcane Warrior: For the most part I would say this is actually the best overall class in the game... It may not do the highest damage but it's damage is still very high on top of being very practical and easy to use. After looking at the numbers and playing for myself I would say this class needs to be greatly nerfed or their needs to be a greater number of spirit resistant enemies.
Please note that I did not factor in weapon upgrades such as flanking damage bonus and I did not account for class combos. This would give Assassin an even bigger lead and possibly drop Reaver out of the top 3 spot due to his lack of detonators.
