Apparently there is little love for the Katari, Keeper, and Alchemist. DPS is tricky because doing the most damage doesn't always mean killing enemies/groups the fastest. Likewise, clearing the map in the least amount of time doesn't strictly require the highest DPS classes. Until the OP defines what they mean by DPS (burst, sustained, time-to-kill, groups, etc.) this discussion will be difficult to resolve.

Assasin 2 skills alone are doin 6k damage with unique 23 dagger vs mini bosses even
Yeah and while you drop that one mob - my necro walk into the room, drops walking bomb, detonate it to spread it, drop blizzard - all in the span of 2-3 seconds and proceed to lol at all the preaty explosions.
Necro and Archer are the real kings of fast mass kills.
And yes wepons play huge role.

Weapons are the biggest factor of any class. Level 23 unique weapon will make any class overpowered

Archer with High APen does ridiculous damage, it's a situational toss up really between Archer and Assassin.
I am astonished to hear that.
I have a 190 dps bow (or something like that) but I don't seem to score that high.
With my Arcane Warrior who "only" has a level 20 staff I usually score 2/5 higher at the end.
With my Assassin I also score pretty well but since he only focuses on ONE target
at a time it also is way less than the Arcane Warrior or Elementalist, etc. do.

Against a single target my Hunter is king. 6000-8000 from a stealthed Full Draw with a 155 dps bow. My Archer hits hard, but stealth+flank+Full Draw on the Hunter puts up bigger numbers in my experience.

In my opinion, the arcane warrior for me. In perilous im usually the first in match summary, i get gold metals in ability kills, staff kills, team combos, and sometimes killstreak. I score (if we get to zone 5 and finish) atleast 12k+ exp for the team, but thats just me. My staff does 146 dps, which is pretty good for a staff. Either than arcane warrior, i'd say elementalist,
