I can't seem to ask Briala about the locket during the quest Wicked eyes, wicked hearts. I've already talked to the 3 ladies and Celene about the locket but i can't seem to get it to trigger it with Briala. I've tried talking to her before anyone else. i've tried going through all her conversations several times and nothing i do will bring up that i have the locket.
Am i doing something wrong here for is it a bug perhaps?
