Wish I could vote more than once. Picked solas but really like cassandra and dorian as well.

I voted for Solas. But I was pretty torn between him and Dorian. I'm really tied between Solas and Dorian, followed by Cole.

I picked Solas but Dorian is very, very close 2nd. In fact I feel the need to post my personal list (and my top 3 were very hard to put in order...so many feels for those three):

Cole. He is my favourite rogue in party and if anyone says he is not the cutest DA companion then they haven't play through his companion quest and actively listened to him speak.

I voted for Cassandra, who won me over before we even got to Haven. Solas and Varric come at a not too-distant second and third, respectively.

Whoa, what's with the lack of Blackwall love? I think he's in the running for best companion in the franchise, and he has incredible banters with Sera. I also didn't have strong feelings about any of the Mage companions in Inquisition other than severely disliking Dorian.

Honestly, almost all of his interactions with me were so stoic that I barely remembered him half the time until his personal quest. I didn't really have any strong feelings towards him either way. His romance looked sweet but it's not accessible to dudes.

All day Cassandra.  Most complex character of the bunch with a range of emotions,  and interesting back story.  Oh and she's the only hetero female to romance so her romance tends to show a slightly more full range of interactions verses Jo which romance I found absolutely terrible.

I found this very difficult. Dorian, Vivienne, Cassandra, Cole and Varric were all brillaint and I like all of the Companions. I decided to go for Vivienne, she is incredibly under rated on BSN.

I just don't think she's many people's #1 (love interests usually take that spot), and you can only vote once. I adore Madame de Fer.

I thought he was awesome until I learned the truth. He has been lieing this whole time, sure he's been trying to be a better man but it doesn't change what he's done. I still like him as a character, and I leave his fate to the wardens to decide but he lost a lot of respect from me for that.

I personally like her, she just reminds me of Morrigan, perhaps what Morrigan might have been like if her life was different and she was raised in society not out in the wilds with Flemeth.

 

The problem for me is I've never fully trusted ether character, so while I can be friends with them I'm always paranoid around them. Like Vivenne would say "Magic is dangerous just as fire is dangerous. Anyone who forgets that gets burned."

His facial expressions and voice acting are spot on.  Plus he has fantastic insight and a neat character twist.

Solas definitely had some of the best voice acting in the game (No Greg Ellis, but still) . Good thing too since it's looking like we will see him again.
