Are the Schematics from Cullen any good? I was thinking of getting them for Cassandra latter on. How do they compare to Val Royal? Is it just a matter of cost?

You can get 19 or so inquisition points so its up to you, more than enough to get anything of value. Might be good if you are struggling mid game and dont want to trivialise the game with tier 3 stuff yet.

I'm too cheap to buy myself schematics so I think I will get one for myself from Cullen.

I saved right before taking the schematics and say they were tier 2 and then reloaded to get my inquisition point back, lol. I think some of the crap was even tier 1, yuck.
