I've just started and had a couple of questions.

 

How do you increase your mana/stamina resource in DAI? You can only cast one or two spells before completely exhausting your resource so that can't be right. But willpower doesn't increase it in inquisition, is there any other way?

 

Is there any way to respec your skills? I don't want to play through the opening part of the game again so this seems essential imo.

 

And they got rid of the tactics system right? Was there any reason given for that?

You cant increase mana and stamina, but :
1. Mana recharge quickly
2. Auto attack restores stamina
3. There are many abilities that give mana or stamina gain

Buy tactician renewal amulet from blacksmith for respec

They got rid of tactics because they want DAI to play more like action RPG
