When that bow is fired it has a chance to take possession of a Legionairres soul and forces it willing or unwilling to perform a shield bash on your behalf. Dwarves barely have souls anyways so this is perfectly acceptable.

Don't two handers have a passive that increases damage against downed enemies? A Firestorm proc doesn't sound bad if it existed.

I just- my perfect character is basically legionnaire plus bull rush.

LOL  I have that one too.  Kinda nice to have an arrow cause shield bash once in a while.   

 

but yeah... how about generate some barrier or reset cooldowns or something more relevant to a mage.
