I noticed that, once you reach a certain point in the game (avoiding spoilers, hooo!), you'll begin seeing the multiplayer characters around your base. They all wear the default Tier 2 armors from the ones I've found so far. So far I've found the Alchemist, the Assassin, and the Keeper. What I like is that you can see their faces when they are NOT constipated by the thrill of battle...they actually look pleasant...ish.

I think the Legionnaire might still be busy holding off a group of darkspawn, but I should find him in two days.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed this. I'll try to get some pictures up in a bit.

Locations of Multiplayer Characters in the Singleplayer Campaign: (Yarr, here there be minor spoilers ahead!)

I have noticed our MP characters as well.

I have seen the Keeper, the Alchemist, and I have come across the Katari, the Hunter, and the Elementalist all gathered around a section of my keep.

They must be discussing something dasterly, because whenever my Inquisitor passes by them, they just stand there, apparently pretending that the Herald doesn't exist. Ther're up to something I just know it!

Huh- where'd you see the Katari...and was he in non-glitched Tier 2 armor?

(Pssst, I think they might be trying to get you to eat that ham they had at camp yesterday.)

Glad I'm not the only one, thought I was going crazy when I saw these three chilling out on the battlements. Also didn't have the Necromancer unlocked at the time, so good to know that there isn't any relation between MP and SP there, other than well, the presence of MP characters. I looked for the others, but haven't found them yet (also just got to the "certain point in the game" that you mentioned in the OP).

Here's the screencap I got of them, also spoilers for those that haven't played SP up to a certain point:

Spoiler

The Templar must not be afraid of heights, standing on the grate like that. XD

Strange...

In my game, the Elementalist is standing with them, not the Necromancer...

It appears to be random.

I was running by the same spot last night, and I noticed that the Archer, the Necromancer, and the Templar were standing there instead of the usual (for me) Elementalist, Hunter, and Katari.

The Alchemist and the Keeper seem to be off by themselves in two different areas of the keep; I guess the DAMP crew thinks the Alchemist is too crazy and the Keeper is too racist to stand around the 'cool spot'

I still have yet to see the Assassin, the Arcane Warrior, or the Reaver; although I have had several mentions of Tamar (the Reaver)

It's- It's been two days, and I still haven't found the Legionnaire...

M-maybe he's taking two days off from holding off those darkspawn to get used to birds. And the sky.

Th-then he'll go to Skyhold. M-might take him two days to get there. :(

In other words, That's pretty strange. Also, for those watching this thread (I KNOW WHO YOU ARE.), and I'm including the known locations of characters (Randomized or not) in the following spoiler. I'll put it up on the initial post as well.

Spoiler

I've been looking at some other NPCs around the area, specifically unnamed uninteractable ones...and some of them look pretty unique (Some sort of rogue/warrior in the garden area...). Makes me wonder if some of them will end up as playable characters... (also: no Mabari in Skyhold? *SOBS*.)

If you pay attention, in the cutscene before the first boss (at the temple), one of the archers Cassandra commands is Thornton, the Hunter! Made me really happy when I noticed that.

Alright, I can now confirm that Thornton/Hunter hangs out randomly in the 'Group of Three', but I've noticed something interesting about the Necromancer.

Her hair clips through her hood. So either her hair falls out and grows back rapidly depending on if she's angry or not (respectively) or: Bioware pls. ;)

(Picture...also I'm running on potato graphics because I've yet to up them to see where my computer stands, graphically. :S )

Spoiler

Also: Neither the Necromancer or the Katari wear different armor compared to the Tier Two's of the other characters, so it must be glitched in sungleplayer as well or something? *passes out tin foil hats*

EDIT: Arcane Warrior confirmed for hanging out in the 'Group of Three'

IT TOOK HIM TWO DAYS, BUT THE LEGIONNAIRE FOUND THE TRIO OF THREE SPOT AND I JUST-

I'm so happy for some reason.

...this also rules out anyone else constantly being seen, with only the Alchemist and Keeper having a constant presence in the area.

OCD?   ;)

I thought you said first post that the Assassin is always by Lelliana?

Might be easier reading to list the people that aren't in the "group of three" first, and then everyone else after?  (EDIT:  wait, i noticed you've listed them by the left-to-right order from MP character selection.  So definitely a bit of OCDing going on)

Also, you've failed to find Tamar (the Reaver).  I'm surprised your left eye isn't twitching, from having failed to find this last MP character in SP...  :P

I could have sworn I listed Reaver as part of the 'Group of three. :UU (Oh, forgot to update that section in the OP. :U )

Also the assassin is good at hiding, what can I say. That stealth spam. :U

I listed them in Selection order for the ease of other people. Because Alphabetical or 'order found' was just too silly for me.

I'm running out of ':U' faces.

"You mean the Nug Loaf?"

"That wasn't Ham, Cillian..."

"You mean the green thing with the fluff?"

"I have a rash."

(Also it's pouring here.)

I found more mention on some of our Multiplayer characters, based on certain single-player operations, adding them to the OP spoiler.

I've found Cillian, The Alchemist, and the Keeper before. But I don't go looking very hard for them.

I mainly look for Sutherland&Co. I love those fools.

Alchemist and Keeper are the only ones who don't randomly appear. They always appear in their spots.

I've yet to find information on any of the other characters in regards to 'war table matters', but I've been told the Reaver is also mentioned.

Nice find.

I had a run around SP, and found them all, my Alchemist was sitting on the ground between the stables and the keep.  Seemed weird in the grass.

It's a pity they don't say anything maybe BW can patch in some player-MP references like Citadel?

eg:  Lego says "why do archers keep running past me, and trying to tank?"

or Reaver "i think my blood magic isn't working properly"

or group of three discuss holding Teh room vs bosses ;)

EDIT:  also noticed how the models and meshes/textures are much better in SP?  The Keeper actually looks alright, the Necromancer is kinda hot, and the Reaver's armour looks quite decent / not ugly as hell.

Corbin held people off and talked them down. Cillian does some rune translation for you. Templar does Magister hunting.

I've noticed things like this from the War Table missions, and I love seeing them around. I even saw Cillian talking to the Keeper. Conversation was very angry.

If you can give me details on the missions (and who you set on them), and a transcript of that talk, if any, that'd be great!
